Please do not send your purchase back to the “shipped from” address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, or replacement product is resent.
Such as:
Seed counts that were missing or not received
You must contact us for replacement requests at: support@jollygreencannabisseeds.com
If you are approved, then your replacement seed count will be processed, and re-shipped within a certain amount of days..
We can only replace seed counts if they are proven to have been missing from the original shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement seed/s to reach you may vary.
